CMRC Admin Message

Dear CMRC Members and Guests,

Since Feb 2023 I have taken up to facilitate the formalization of Community Mobilization Resource Coalition. We have convened monthly information sharing meetings to educate the CMRC BIPOC constituents about important initiatives taking place in our community so that together we may build a community where opportunities and responsibilities are broadly shared. Since its inception, our network has advocated for and participated in DEI projects that impact economic development, housing, caring relationship, education, education and civic engagement.

Today, due to resource constraints we are putting a pause to convening CMRC monthly meetings per this CMRC announcement.

At the same time, recognizing there is benefit to continue to share community engagement opportunities, as webmaster of Community Beam and in my desire to co-create a connected community, I will continue to use the CMRC Google Groups to share community events and news deemed of value to the community. Feel free to unsubscribe to the group if you no longer find a need to remind on distribution.

In closing, I'd like to thank community leaders who have taken time to share and support the CMRC movement and look forward to future community engagements opportunities.

Regards,

Al Lun

Past Facilitator of CMRC, Founder of OpenBeam.net, Web Master of Community Beam
