Feb 2023 Business Development status; Nov. 2021 Presentation to DMCC Board in November 2021 Board Meeting. Focus on attracting more companies coming in.  America City for Health as lead generation asset. 

DMC EDA initiated Community For Health group effort notes 2018 and 2019 logging of notes and activities. 

Engage area leaders about the need to converge various health/wellness initiatives to drive collective impact. (1) Memo to CNG Steering Committee (2) Memo to Mayor Norton re Community City of Health conversation.

"As we get closer to the public comment period for the Rochester Comprehensive Plan, I thought I’d pass along the “final” version approved by the Public Health Services Advisory Board.  Content hasn’t changed significantly since last year, but put into a different format (2 documents attached).  Feel free to share with CNG."

In the 2016 January CNG meeting, Pete Giesen presented to CNG an approach to engage City Comprehensive Plan based on healthy community design principles.

Home Ownership Creation Program - Prairie Ridge: "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Rochester, MN hereby approves the contribution of $4,000,000 to the Prairie Ridge development to support the creation of 201 for-sale homes via the Home Ownership Creation Program.

The framework defines structural racism as the “totality of ways in which societies foster racial discrimination through mutually reinforcing systems of housing, education, employment, earnings, benefits, credit, media, health care and criminal justice.”
