Memo From CHNA Program Manager
Good Afternoon,
Attached you will find the slides from the HAPP meeting last Thursday, that you can actually see. Again we apologize for the technical difficulties!
If you were unable to attend, we would still like your feedback on the Prioritization Process. We asked those that attended the following question: What is the most important aspect (current or new) about the prioritization process that needs to be considered to advance the overall process? If you wish to provide feedback, just email me back with your response or any other thoughts about the prioritization process. The Data Sub-Group over next few months will be working on reviewing the feedback and drafting a new process for 2019.
Below you will find the invite for the Community Health Forum that was shared at the meeting. Hopefully you all received it this morning. This is a new initiative that will occur quarterly. Please read the email below for more information and to register use this link: Register for the Community Health Forum. If you have any questions, let me know!
Thanks,
