Results from the June 9 HAPP Prioritization Process
The following slide shows:
a) the top 5 issues from the 12 organizations voting (left part of slide),
b) the top issues voted by all the individuals attending the June 9 session (n=18) (top right), and
c) suggested indicators to add to future CHNAs.
The results from this session will be combined with approximately 10 more prioritization sessions including a public session on June 30 (see below).
Public CHNA Community Prioritization Session – June 30, 7pm at Rochester Public Library
Please feel free to share the message below and attachment 2 with your clients, the public, and anyone who may be interested in participating in the prioritization process (this public session will be more educational/interactive):
Currently Olmsted County Public Health Services, Mayo Clinic and Olmsted Medical Center are working on updating the Community Health Needs Assessment and would like input from the community on their top health priorities. This session will allow participants to be actively involved in the prioritization process and help inform the future Community Health Needs Assessments. The Community Prioritization Session will be held at the Rochester Public Library on June 30th, starting at 7:00pm. A new Community Health Needs Assessment will be available in October 2016 that will capture your feedback.
Are you not able to attend but would still like to contribute?
Two different surveys have been created to capture feedback from community members who are unable to attend the community session. Both surveys ask the same questions but one provides the data that will be shared during the Prioritization Session. We ask that you only complete one of the surveys.
Survey Option 1: Community Health Needs Prioritization with Data
This survey includes the data that will be shared during the Prioritization Session. It includes all of the same questions while providing current data. This survey will take approximately 30 minutes (but must be completed in one sitting).
Survey Option 2: Community Health Needs Prioritization
This survey includes just the questions. Since there is no data to look at, this survey will take approximately 15 but also must be completed in one sitting.
For more information or questions, please contact Meaghan Ridler.
