I hope this finds you well. I am reaching out to share some time sensitive information about community conversation opportunities that are being offered by MN Department of Human Services (DHS) as part of a recently published report on Advancing Racial Equity in the MN Medicaid Program.

DHS is also hosting some community conversation sessions and asks U.S.-born Black Minnesotans who are enrolled in Medicaid and those working to advance racial equity in health care to attend two upcoming online community conversations to learn more about the report’s findings, its calls to action and next steps.
